Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return:

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages, Issues, and Exchanges:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon arrival and notify us immediately. We'll promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right. If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest route is to return the item following our return process and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval, please reach out to us at support@Minoxideals.com. Your satisfaction is our commitment.
